Register expiry BUG (?)

In version 3.1.5 (and possible earlier versions) the SPA-1001 does not obey the register expires modified by the OpenSER proxy. 

Example: UAC has default expire=3600 and uses this in its Contact header.
The OpenSER proxy returns a smaller interval in the OK reply, for instance expires=1800.
The SPA-1001 still uses 3600 as registration interval.
